Return & Refund Policy

Tara Sky Build Estate

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to Tara Sky Build Estate may be refunded. By making any payment to the company, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Applicability of Refund Policy

This policy applies only to token amounts paid for initiating a property booking or transaction. All refunds are governed strictly by the terms mentioned herein.

2. Token Amount Refund

• A minimum token amount of ₹51,000 is required to initiate any property deal.
• If the property deal is cancelled for any reason, the token amount shall be refunded after a minimum period of 30 days from the date of cancellation request.
• Refunds are subject to internal verification, documentation review, and management approval.

No instant or same-day refunds shall be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

• If incorrect or false information is provided by the buyer
• If cancellation occurs due to non-compliance with company policies
• If required documents are not submitted or verified
• If the transaction is terminated due to legal or regulatory restrictions beyond the company’s control

4. Mode of Refund

• All approved refunds shall be processed only through bank transfer.
• Refunds will be credited to the same bank account from which the original payment was made.
• Cash refunds are strictly not permitted.

5. No Interest or Compensation

• No interest, penalty, or additional compensation shall be paid on the refunded amount.
• Tara Sky Build Estate shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or regulatory processes.

6. Property Buyback & Return Clause

If a property is purchased through Tara Sky Build Estate and later offered back for resale under the assured return scheme:

• The company offers an assured return of 12%, subject to eligibility.
• This buyback or return option is valid only for a period of 2 years from the date of property purchase.
• After the completion of 2 years, no return, buyback, or guaranteed resale obligation shall apply.
• The resale must be executed only through Tara Sky Build Estate to qualify.

Market conditions, legal approvals, and documentation compliance are mandatory for execution.

7. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within the defined 30-day period.
• Delays caused due to incorrect bank details provided by the customer shall not be the company’s responsibility.

8. Cancellation Request Procedure

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels along with valid supporting documents. Verbal or informal requests shall not be considered.

9. Company Rights

Tara Sky Build Estate reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any refund request based on policy compliance
• Modify or update this Return & Refund Policy without prior notice
• Take necessary action in case of misuse or fraudulent refund claims

10. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the company operates.
